We noticed that:

• Pricing was not up front, honest, and visible on company websites.

• Getting a quote was a time-consuming process.

• Companies did cleaning "rotations" where a section of the home would be cleaned every other service, leaving a half clean home.

• Different cleaners would show up at each visit, leaving the customer to have to trust someone completely new.

 

We feel that having a clean home and the ability to spend more time with family, or doing something enjoyable, is something that everyone deserves to have at a reasonable price without any deceptive pricing tactics.  We also want to assure our customers that they are getting an equal level of clean with each service by cleaners that they know and trust.

To achieve that we:

• List all pricing on our website so you know the amount you will be paying before checkout.

• Clean your house to the same standard with each service and do not perform rotational cleanings.

• Pay all of our employees above standard wages, limiting company profits, to ensure we are able to retain our valued workers.

• Designate a single Cleaning Technician to clean each residence, allowing customers to build a rapport and trust with the person assigned to their house.

• Maintain a local decentralized customer service where all questions, concerns, and scheduling changes are communicated directly with the owner / operator.
