  • How should I prepare my home for a cleaning?
    To maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our services, we ask that you put away clothing, shoes, toys, dishes, toiletries, and other household items before a visit from our Cleaning Technician. This will allow your Cleaning Technician to focus on cleaning all surfaces and making your home spotless and sparkling.
  • What supplies do I need to have on hand?
    Your Cleaning Technician will bring all necessary cleaning products and supplies. For sanitary reasons, we require clients to have their own toilet bowl brush in each bathroom. We also ask that you have garbage bags available for any trash bins over ten gallons.
  • Do I need to be home during my service?
    While you do not need to be present for your Cleaning Technician to work their magic, you can of course do whatever works best for you. Please consider sticking around if someone must be present to let our Cleaning Technician into your home. We require that someone 18 years of age be home if there are any minor children in the household during the time of service.
  • What should I do with my pets during my service?
    We have certain requirements in place to safeguard your pets while prioritizing your Cleaning Technician’s comfort and security. We kindly ask you to keep any dogs or cats in your household away from our Cleaning Technicians while they are sprucing up your home. Kenneling or removing them from the home is preferred. You may also keep them behind closed doors. All smaller animals, including reptiles, should be kept in an enclosure during the service. Your Cleaning Technician will not be able to complete your service if an unsecured pet is keeping them from cleaning your home.
  • Am I able to use my own vacuum?
    Our Cleaning Technician will arrive with a vacuum, but we also understand concerns you may have with using one that has been commonly used in other households. If you prefer to use your personal vacuum, our Cleaning Technicians will be happy to accommodate your request.
  • How many people will be cleaning my house?
    For one-time cleanings & move services (deep cleans) we try to have two people clean your house to reduce the amount of time required. We also utilize two people for the initial clean of a recurring service, and then all future cleanings (maintenance) can be handled by one person.
  • How long will my service take?
    The exact duration of your cleaning session will depend on the type of service you choose. For instance a deep clean is bound to take longer than a recurring standard cleaning as it includes more challenging and time consuming tasks. Additionally your cleaning service will take more time if you choose to include service add-ons, such as cleaning inside of the oven or inside of the refrigerator. Another factor that will determine the length of your service is the condition and size of your home.
  • What will not be covered during my cleaning service?
    Providing a safe work environment for our Cleaning Technicians is very important. To prioritize the health and safety of our staff, we will abandon services and notify you if we encounter: significant amounts of blood, feces, vomit, urine, or any other human or animal bodily fluids pests such as fleas, roaches, or bed bugs illicit materials or drug paraphernalia unsecured weapons mold and mildew Additionally, we will not conduct cleanings in the following areas for any service type: bedroom closets and hall closets outdoor spaces under furniture under or around numerous or fragile personal items areas beyond the reach of a single-step stool including ceiling fans, tops of cabinets and furniture, and out-of-reach appliances In rare occasions, we may have to cancel or reschedule a clean for excessively dirty, damaged, or cluttered homes until after the clutter/items have been picked up.
  • How far are you willing to travel for cleaning services?
    We travel up to 30 miles from Hoover, AL.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We require a 24-hour advance notice for all cancellations. Due to the high demand for our services, we will charge 50% of your fee for all appointments that are cancelled without a 24-hour notice. This fee goes directly to the Cleaning Technician who lost a job that day.
  • What if I find something wrong after the clean is complete?
    If you happen to find an area where you feel we missed the mark, please get back with us within 24 hours of your completed cleaning to let us know. We will work with you to setup a time to get someone back out to you and target that specific area.
  • Do you offer discounts?
    We offer discounts with our recurring services based on cleaning frequency. We also offer 10% discounts to new customers, as well as 10% discounts to recurring members who refer a friend or family member that chooses to use our service.
  • If I book a One Time clean can I come back and book a recurring service?
    Yes. If you book a one time clean you already pay for the deep clean price. As long as you book your recurring cleaning to happen within a month of the one time clean you will not have to pay for the deep clean again, and will receive the recurring service price break.
  • Are you licensed, and insured?
    Yes. We are currently licensed in the state of Alabama and are also insured.
  • What happens if I incorrectly count the number of bathrooms or living spaces?
    It is okay if you do not count the number of additional bathrooms or living spaces correctly. When your Cleaning Technician arrives, they will review areas to be cleaned with you, get a room count, and discuss any discrepancies with you. If the original count is incorrect, you will either be refunded for the the additional room(s), or be asked to pay for the missed room(s).
  • Can I have different areas cleaned at each service?
    Due to the discounts being offered with cleaning frequencies, we are unable to offer the option of alternating cleaning areas at each cleaning service.
  • Do you provide move in/out cleaning services?
    Yes. We provide both move-in and move-out cleaning services. You can select this service as part of our Deluxe Cleaning Options.
  • How will I let the cleaners into my house?
    If you are unable to be home at the time of cleaning you can leave a key, or access code for our cleaners to get into your home. If you have a wifi enable garage door our cleaners can also give you a call when they arrive to gain entry through the garage.
  • What cleaning products will you be using?
    We utilize non-toxic, biodegradable soap solutions for general cleaning purposes. These are offered in a citrus scent to make your house clean and refreshing while promoting a toxin free environment. For disinfecting purposes, 70% isopropyl alcohol is used on touch surfaces in bathrooms.
